LAHORE: Capital City Cop (CCPO) Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar has moved toward the Lahore High Court (LHC) to challenge his suspension and move orders gave by the national government, ARY News provided details regarding Monday.
CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar recorded a request to the Lahore High Court (LHC) looking for the invalidation of his suspension and move orders. The central government, the secretary foundation and the Punjab government were made gatherings in the request.
The request expressed that the national government provided a notice on October 27 for leaving his charge of the CCPO Lahore office in the span of three days and later he was suspended from his situation on November 5.
It further expressed that the national government was making vindictive moves against him after the enlistment of psychological warfare arguments against two bureaucratic clergymen at Green Town police headquarters.
The cop said in his appeal that Punjab boss clergyman is approved to depute and move CCPO under the Punjab government’s principles of business. Dogar begged the LHC to announce the national government’s warnings in regards to his suspension and move invalid and void.
It added that execution of the notices ought to be conceded till the declaration of the last decision.
On Saturday, the national government had suspended Capital City Cop (CCPO) Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, a day after Lead representative House went under assault.
